Ideal:
Matchmaking system that parses logs to generate skill after ever match. Users join games through GTAC, and stats are available online. Stat tracking is also available to the public for matches/leagues and other pug systems (#urtpug @ gamesurge).

Users will be grouped on region (NA/SA/EU) then based on skill into groups of 10. Most popular gametype/map vote from those 10 will be sent to server and users will connect.
